Discover how RightRx can improve your experience with specialty medications.

Specialty drugs are prescription medications that are used to treat complex chronic conditions.  They often require prior authorization, have specific storage and handling, and may have special instructions for administration. Specialty drugs are used to treat a growing number of medical conditions, such as auto-immune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease), cancer, and rare medical conditions (e.g., Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Gaucher disease). Patients who are prescribed specialty drugs benefit most when they are aware of how to monitor their condition, response to their medication, and can identify possible side effects.

*For non-specialty oral medications, topical products, or insulin as well as controlled substances (e.g., pain-relieving medications containing opioids), please continue to use your local retail pharmacy.

Our team will work closely with your healthcare providers to make sure every medication order is safe and right for your needs. A clinical pharmacist will review your prescription and is available to answer any questions you may have.

Specialty medications can be expensive. We will work with your insurance company and doctor’s office in applying for prior authorization and/or finding applicable financial assistance programs.

We offer convenient delivery to your home, workplace, or physician’s office. Before each delivery, our staff will contact you to set up your preferred delivery date, time, and location.

To help make sure you do not run out of medication, we will call you before your next refill is due. If you notice you have about 1 week of your medication left, please call us at 844-458-6224 to schedule your next order.
